Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy covers all apps published by Sulzie Bros, including Black Hole Arena. The short version: we don't collect your data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no in-app purchases.

Information We Collect

None. Our apps do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data, and we do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Multiplayer Connections

Black Hole Arena uses peer-to-peer networking to connect players directly, device to device. To establish a connection, a brokering service (PeerJS) briefly exchanges connection information — such as your IP address — between the devices in your lobby. This is a technical necessity for real-time multiplayer, happens only while connecting, and is not stored or used by us for any other purpose. Nicknames you enter in a lobby are shared only with the players in that match and are not saved on any server.

Local Data

Settings and preferences (such as control layout or audio options) are stored locally on your device and never leave it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how our apps handle data, we will update this page and the date above before those changes take effect.
